What data we receive
This website has no forms or user accounts. If you contact us by WhatsApp, email or phone, we receive the information you choose to share: your name, contact details, company name and project information.
We do not request sensitive data or data from minors.
How we use it
To reply to your messages, prepare proposals and quotes, deliver the services you hire, provide support and, if you agree, send you information about our services. We do not sell or rent your personal data.
Website measurement
We measure site usage with Google Analytics 4 (measurement cookies only, never advertising) and Cloudflare Web Analytics (no cookies). Details on each cookie are in our Cookie Policy.
Your rights
Under Colombian Law 1581 of 2012 and its regulations, you may access, update and correct your data, request proof of your consent, be informed about how it is used, withdraw your consent or request deletion when there is no legal duty to keep it, and file complaints with the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (SIC).
How to exercise them
Email soporte@pixelbotcol.com with your name, your request and a contact detail. We answer inquiries within ten (10) business days and claims within fifteen (15) business days, as set out in Law 1581 of 2012.
Security and retention
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, and keep it only as long as needed for the purposes described or while a legal or contractual obligation applies.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will publish the new version on this page with its update date.
